This past week, I went back and did a few tweaks to Riverside and Sim Acres. The tweaks are not anything major, but I thought people who have downloaded these worlds might want to know about them, as well as update them.
Sim Acres-Fixed Character Name
In Sim Acres, one of the premade's names is wrong. It's supposed to be Setsuko instead of Setskuko. Also the household name was supposed to be Kawaii Crew. Anybody who has Sim Acres can just change the name themselves if they want to. I just did this tweak for people in the future who might download this world.
Riverside-Resculpted Beaches
Someone said awhile ago that the beaches dropped off too much along the shore, so I went back in and fixed them. Also I fixed two lots that were misaligned.

Sims 1 Depot Has Moved to Its Own Domain, TheSimsDepot.com
As you may or may not know, I have been managing a Sims 1 site called The Sims 1 Depot for well over a decade. Well, after years of running it, I have finally upgraded it and moved it to its own domain, TheSimsDepot.com. The reasons were many, one of them being that it was getting harder to update the site the way it was and I wanted to expand it to include Sims 3 and possibly Sims 4 content. Also, I needed it to be mobile friendly so people on their phones and tablets would be better able to access the site.
If you're worried that I've gotten rid of any Sims 1 content, have no fear. All of it has been relocated to its own section under the new Sims Depot site, including the ever popular "Get Cool Stuff Archives", which hosted content that Maxis used to give away for free at the official EA site.
I still have parts of the old Sims 1 Depot site up, but I will be retiring it shortly as soon as everything is finally settled at TheSimsDepot. Till then, thanks to any readers who have supported The Sims 1 Depot all these years and I hope to see you all at the new site!
