WIP (Pottersville): Jolla Estates

Jolla Estates is a small community of condo-style apartment buildings with super cute and cheap studio and one-bedroom apartments. I've finished most of the buildings, but not the neighborhood itself, which is going to have one or two community lots.

WIP (Pottersville): Hacienda Drive

Aerial of Hacienda Drive.
In one corner of Pottersville is an upscale neighborhood called Hacienda Drive. It contains sleek, luxury modernist houses, is surrounded by palm trees and has a pond/fishing spot in the middle. This is so far my most favorite spot in this town.

WIP (Pottersville): City Hall

This is Pottersville's City Hall, which uses the one from Twinbrook. It has a food truck in the front and is the first thing you see when you enter Downtown from across the water.

WIP (Pottersville): Modern House: Cubist Cubiculum

This is a modernist house, one of a number I've been working on in this area. It sits on a hill that overlooks a sunken cul de sac called Hacienda Drive.

This is a modernist house that I nicknamed the
Cubist Cubiculum. It has three bedrooms and 2 baths.

The vestibule, looking at the living room. The color
scheme is white, black and purple.

The house from the back. As you can see,
there is a pool and small garden.

This is yet another really large city world (because I love cities) that will come with several districts. Below are some older photos of the world in its earliest phases:

Guess I'm...back?

As you can see from my last post (posted in 2017), I quit Blogger some time ago and jumped ship to Wordpress. And now, much to my surprise, I have decided to come back, now that Wordpress has made some very odd, questionable decisions. So, I guess the joke was on me! 😆
