WIP (Pottersville): Hacienda Drive

In one corner of Pottersville is an upscale neighborhood called Hacienda Drive. It contains sleek, luxury modernist houses, is surrounded by palm trees and has a pond/fishing spot in the middle. This is so far my most favorite spot in this town.

I'd say that Hacienda Drive is about 90% finished. I just have to put some finishing touches on some of the houses and add rocks, some more plants and spawners. In any event, it's the first neighborhood that I've officially completed in Pottersville. Very ironic, considering that it started out as a decorative golf course!
