New Oceanview Family: Home for Lost Girls

The Home for Lost Girls is a family I wasn't able to place in Oceanview at the time I completed it. However, I have placed them in my studio for download if you would like to add them.

Backstory:
Set up five years ago, the Home for Lost Girls is a place where troubled female teenage runaways can stay and find emotional support until they're ready to make it out on their own or move back home. As well-meaning as this halfway house is, the NIMBYs of Oceanview are less than pleased with it and wish it would relocate to a more appropriate city-- namely, their rival, Bridgeport.
