I am currently building two underpasses in Pottersville. This is the one near Hacienda Drive, in various stages of completion. Unfortunately, the overpass (the river bridge in CAW) isn't functional. However, I added some highway rails along the sides to give the illusion that there's traffic.
I don't know if the sims will actually use the underpasses (they're so
goofy sometimes when it comes to routing), but I'll have to test the world just to see what
happens. Even if they don't use them, I think the underpasses do a nice job of
making Pottersville feel more city-like.
