Hey, everyone! Just wanted to post another update on Pottersville. Right now, I'm still in the process of combing over the world, looking up anything that looks sloppy or unfinished, as well as fixing any mistakes that may have turned up. I will show you some examples below of the typical type of little errors that often happen in the course of a world that need to be cleaned up upon release:
Misaligned lots are a common mistake in CAW. Here, you can see one where the road isn't straight against one side of the lot. |
An unlevel lot. This often happens when you use the flatten terrain tool or flatten road tool around lots. |
An unconnected street. It's important to make sure that all streets are connected properly in a world, or you will have routing errors. |

Silly routing and terrain-sculpting issue. A sim decided to stand on side of hill to fish. I will have to go back and resculpt + add routing paint. |

There are dozens of little mistakes like this throughout Pottersville that I am looking for right now. I am also play testing the world to check for routing or any other weird issues coming up. I will post images from my play testing session during the week to keep you posted.
